Christian Enrique Rodriguez
Christian Enrique Rodriguez joined The Reyes Law Firm in May 2012. He handles all types of civil and commercial matters, including receivership litigation and business disputes, as well as criminal defense.
Christian graduated cum laude from the Florida International University College of Law in the top 7% of his class. Christian earned Dean’s List every semester, and was the recipient of the Thomas C. Britton Scholarship for Academic Excellence. In addition to his numerous academic accolades, Christian was also the Executive Symposium Editor of the Florida International University Law Review, and a student attorney in the Community Development Clinic during his third year of law school. After law school, Mr. Rodriguez obtained his Masters of Law in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law.
After he finished his education, Christian joined The Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, Dependency Division. There, he gained valuable courtroom experience at various stages of litigation. Christian was quickly promoted to head the division with the second highest volume of active cases. Christian handled hundreds of cases at various stages of litigation, including various Termination of Parental Rights cases. During his tenure with the office, he handled several bench trials and evidentiary hearings before Circuit Court Judges and General Magistrates, in addition to a very demanding daily calendar.
Christian also has experience representing insurance companies, and small business owners in litigation. Additionally, Christian occasionally represents children on a pro bono basis in juvenile dependency court. Christian is known for being a very professional and knowledgeable attorney who is a strong advocate for his clients.
Christian is admitted to practice in law in any state court in Florida and he is admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
